We are pleased to announce that our online resident portal is now active. You will be able to create an account online on our website and be able to pay with ACH bank transfers and debit cards. We will NOT be accepting credit cards on the online portal. Our website is https://sleepyhollowgardens.com/ you should then click on the Resident’s Corner tab on the top of the page, then click on Residents Login to create an account. There will be a directory posted on the website for you to be able to find what building number, and unit number was assigned to you based on your address.

Due to the high volume of complaints received regarding the parking on the property, a parking permit system will be instituted. If you would like to receive a parking permit, you must submit a parking permit application. In order to be eligible for a parking permit the vehicle must be registered in the tenant’s name. Additionally, any vehicle that is not registered with the DMV or is not currently drivable WILL NOT be eligible for a parking permit. Lastly, we reserve the right to deny a parking permit to commercial vehicles.

Parking permit applications can be obtained by emailing Office@SleepyHollowGardens.com or calling us at 845-573-5497. Applications can also be submitted electronically on our website under the Resident’s Corner tab. Any tenant who requires permits for multiple vehicles must submit a separate application for each vehicle.

Beginning on October 1st, any vehicle parked on the property without a permit from 5PM until 9AM will be towed. Upon request, Special Guest Permits will be issued for guests who require overnight parking.
